Does anyone have a solution on how to get this type of CSV file imported?

sku,"name","description","images.0","images.1","images.2","images.3"

I read the docs, and tried different ways in admin but it will not let me import in this format.

I am afraid, you can only import data with one main image. Use new import to specify correspondence between columns in your file and CS-Cart fields.

Use Images section in old products import to import additional images then

Advanced import actually allows you to import multiple images together with each product. Here is how it works (see the 3rd step and the comment at the very end of the article).

Here's a video that describes it: https://youtu.be/ZW4OICq7Zwg?t=202
