i have a strange problem with Paypal Express checkout. If my client makes a payment with Paypal and use Credit Card and have insufficient funds on credit card, after payment cs-cart redirect client on home page Paypal without return any error. At this point client don't know if order has been successful or not.
It's possible avoid this problem and redirect client to website with an error code?
All transaction details are received by CS-Cart with IPN (Instant Payment Notification). Sometimes there is a small gap between payment process and IPN. Due to this reason CS-Cart sets Open status for all orders. But the customer should receive email notification about declined transaction after the IPN is received

any email received. only redirect to paypal homepage. how i can set notification by email if the order go to not complete section?
Email notifications depend on the document editor you use (Settings -> Appearance -> Email templates mode)
