Someone know... why i reciev orders with products Which are not in stock ?

Where i must to look

Cache is set "one day" but that products are ZERO stock from a long time a go

Does the ability to add out of stock items to the cart enabled in your store?

Absolute NO

You know me... i am not new

If you haven't, clear your cache manually be either removing or renaming the var/cache directory. It certainly sounds like the setting for allowing zero stock items to be added is off or you have items in stock from other storefronts.

We have this too, very rarely. Products that have been out of stock for 2 months and then suddenly a customer was able to order it somehow.

I tested and can't find out what it is. I even paid a developer to look into it, but he was also unable to reproduce. It's a mystery - and it still happens occasionally (on 4.62).

Oh I have so many, and most are custom made!

this can happen if in some old orders you change the status and from status that decrease qty to a status that increase it. this will add qty to this orders product and as result will not be out of stock until someone place order again within product

And most notably it happens if you delete orders since the status of the order is first changed to Incomplete which I'm assuming would be a add inventory adjustment.

In this case go to Logs and try to find ordered items with the Update status

I realize this can happen when old orders have been edited, but this is definitely not the case with us. We never delete or cancel orders because of this reason.
