Some Columns Are Missing From The Datafeed Fields Mapping

Hello Community,

I created a datafeed for Facebook Catalogue manager. I don't know how to create the followng column in the datafeed file: availability (example: in stock), conditition (example: new), google_product_category (example: Baby & Toddler > Baby Bathing).

How can I create these columns?
