Please remove char + from this file (line 3 before {else})
/design/themes/responsive/templates/common/modifier.tpl
and clear cache.

I did it but nothing happen.
Try to delete the var/cache directory manually after the changes are applied
If it does not help, the mentioned template can be overrided by some addon
