Abandoned carts, after the upgrade, aren't sorting properly no matter how I try to filter them or use search. Shows only carts with customer names before anon carts... and the dates are random... no matter what I do it stays the same.
Cleared cache..logged in/out.
I use this quite a bit and need it to sort properly.

It is known bug in new version, will be fixed by CS-cart team soon.

I analyze what people are looking at and will take the time to send an email with tailored information... of course that's when they create an account. The other carts tend to reflect a trend, what people are looking at and thinking about buying. I like to manually parse this info as we are a low volume high product price store so it makes sense to do so. I use it daily.
Had an update today but this wasn't fixed.....Anyone going to fix this?

Best I can tell, I'm not getting any new cart data at all. The last time I got a live/abandoned cart was September 23, which was right around the time I did the last CS-Cart update, I believe.
4.11.1 fixed it! 2 months is a bit of a long time to fix such a common function but at least it’s fixed.
Abandoned cart is not sorting chronologically at the moment.. it is a total PITA to make it sort manually by search function (made a gazillion of them! ) but I want them sorted chronologically from new to old NOW ! (currently at 4.10.4)
