Bringing up this topic again, because I think it would be great for CS-Cart to incorporate something. I have tried HESK and really like it. The benefits of finding a system that works with CS-Cart is that users could log in and sync order#s with tickets. That way, we could match the customers up with what they bought in crease there is an issue.
I am looking eticket.
If I'm going to use a third-party system, I would prefer something that I host separately so that I can deal with any issues with the developer A lot of these add-ons are built for particular versions of CS-Cart and quickly die as CS-Cart constantly releases new updates. Any ticket system that works direct with CS-Cart, I want developed by CS-Cart directly.
I am wary of any addons from third-party developers, to be honest.
Don't know if it can connect customers and their orders but it looks pretty cool already.
What we do now, is use gmail with labels (one login, every support person has their own label), plus Capsule CRM. I'm planning to connect Capsule and cs-cart - this way we can quickly click and go to a customers orders, details page, add a task, note, etc.
