Has anyone experienced same thing? When I tried to update products (tick option: Update existing products only) I got huge mess with duplicates items. Products with same Code instead of update have been duplicated.
no, not right that.
It is supposed to only update products that exist already. Any that dont already exist will be skipped during import (supposed)
do you have any errors in the logs

I had to reinstall whole shop, now it's working.. who knows how long.
