I am using FedEx Ground RealTime shipping method for my standard shipping potion. It seems to be working fine for shipping to the lower 48. I run into issues when shipping to AK / HI. It does not calculate freight correctly. I checked on my FedEx account and the freight is correct using their on-site rate calculations.
Do I need to set up something different with locations with AK and HI? I'm just not real clear why the correct freight is not getting passed to the order.
