Note usre I understand,
your town says hales worth (whi is in suffolk) but your city says aberdeen which is scotland, and your post code is wrong.
How did these entries get filled
If you do not use geolocation addons, check the Settings -> Checkout -> Default customer location section
Yes but there in no any aberdeen as default :-)

I have disabled the geo location and works like a charm :-)
