The Account settings form's fields doesn't exist in paypal's glossary. The article "How To: Set up PayPal for Marketplaces in Multi-Vendor" article won't help.

Were you able to figure out the setup for paypal for marketplaces? I have tried and am at a loss. Cs-cart documentation is extremely outdated and Paypal's customer service is worthless. Any resources would be very helpful!
