The IP was blocked after 2 unsuccessful logins is appearing!?? and i cant access the administration of my site, please any help why its happeing??

log in from another place and change, or even log in from cell/mobile phone

Log in the phpMyAdmin and delete your IP address from the cscart_access_restriction_block table
