Error Upgrade 4.7.4 - 4.8.1

i tried to upgrade from 4.7.4 to 4.8.1.The upgrade process failed and not sure how to proceed.

Upgrade process of your store has failed

Please restore the pre-upgrade backup manually or via a link sent to your email address, then contact our technical support.


Tech details: Couldn't complete migration 20180417111159_core_add_new_log_type.php. Reason: Duplicate entry '2282-V-el' for key 'PRIMARY'.

Completed migrations: 5 out of 15.

This is always a big problem as migration will not be done to the end.
The first thing to say is what caused the error in file /var/upgrade/core_log.txt
Then the cause of the problem should be removed.
And if you can undo the update and do it again, it's good.
If not then you have to do all the migrations from your hand using phinx
