"Not available upgrades". I cant update my cs-cart 4.9.3.SP1. I do very needed. When will it be fixed?

Log in the CS-Cart HelpDesk system and make sure that the upgrade subscription is not expired

Same problem.

NoticeNo upgrades currently available

License is active, but the update never shows up. Stuck on 4.9.3 SP1

Using stand alone CS Cart, not multivendor.

Wait for few days. Sometimes CS-Cart does not open upgrades for all customers at once.

Yes, cache was cleared and refreshed.

Still no upgrades available.
