Second option only calculates from Base Price aNot Base + 1st Option - Why?

Really need some help and an answer for this. Created a ton of products that have a fixed price modifier for the first option, followed by a % modifier for the second. The second option only calculates from the base price not from the base price + first option like it should

Anyone from CS Cart got an answer?

Only option is dev it, or add all options in 1 eg

base price of 8x6 200

Options all in 1 dropdown

8x6 heavy duty +250

12x8 standard +300
12x8 heavy duty +400
