Will The New Import / Variant Do This

I have been using and imported product options in my store for years, but as I now see a new version maybe someone can tell me the short way to import option like attached.

Previously, I have sat and copy/pasted/merged all the options that in columns vertically, into a cell horizontally so CS cab bring them in.

Well this time there are 59000 products and I dont really want to start it all over again.

Any quicker way. Im using 4.5.2 but also have a new test store on 4.9.3
