The wishlist is in the Multi-Vendor standard. Check if you have addon installed.

It is based on the Multi-Vendor program but it can be seen that the owner decided that the wishlist is not needed. I never felt the need here on this place. But that's just my feelings.

Post this message to the bug tracker as feature request. Possibly CS-Cart team will pay attention to it
