I have moved a product from Vendor A to Vendor B.
Now vendor B is unable to see variations and can not modify them.

Color Variation is use to make variable product and Color is Global Option.
Now only super Admin can change everything but vendor B can not change its variation.
Please guide me to resolve this issue.

In Multi-Vendor, source product and it's variations are separate entities. If you created a product with variations, then you changed the seller (using field "Vendor" in General product tab), you should delete all variations and create them again - this will fix the issue.

As eCom Labs mentioned, it's probably a bug - right now you can edit variations through database (looking by field parent_product_id) and change their company_id, to avoid deleting variations.
