Unable to Upgrade from 4.8.2.SP2 to the latest version of CS cart

I have a valid upgrade subscription

Tried all the techniques like refreshing the upgrade package, deleting the cookies etc

I see notification about the new version but when I go to upgrade center it says no upgrades available.

Attached are the screenshots

Need help otherwise my money for the upgrade license will waste.

It is better to contact the CS-Cart Support team regarding this issue in Helpdesk. Maybe there are some problems with the license in CS-Cart License system that can be fixed only manually by CS-Cart specialists.

Thanks but nowhere it shows responses, just requests are there. Went up to 7th page but only requests were visible and no responses

You should have responses. Sounds like they are being blocked by either the firewall or mod_security.?

The responses are part of the same XML info in the Request. I.e.

Request: a bunch of xml

Response: more xml

You will have to cut[/paste, then separate the two and run the XML through a beautifier to more easily read the request/response for an HTTP request.

It looks like you do not get feedback from updates.cs-cart.com. Perhaps this is related to the configuration of the web server, firewall or some other problem.

asked a2hosting to dissable mod_security, they done but still the issue is as it is. Contacted CS cart but their system says that my message is not being sending to the CS cart support team because there are no support points in my account. At least they should have a look at the issue

Most likely this is server related and not CSC. Your log shows at least 2 different companies (cs-commerce.com and cs-cart.com) that are not responding to your request. I can only assume that these are being blocked somehow.
