I'm encountering a problem, I disabled a vendor and the random product add-on still pulls empty blank for the disabled products of the vendor, causing a blank space in between items, I have the limit set at 10 but it show only 9 items with one blank which is the disabled product of the vendor. in some cases it show 3 blanks and 7 items from other vendors, something it shows the complete 10 items. but if i activate the vendor and his products the issue goes away.... What i think happening is that it pulls the product id of a disabled product, anyway to fix this???
It is required to examine 3r party code. It is hard to answer on your question
Remove the addon and install it again. Or try changing the status of the disabled products to Hidden.

Thanks Imago, but it didn't work, I found out that when you disable a vendor their products are still active.. any way to fix this?

I think the issue is with the cs cart code, there's no way to disable all vendor product at once from the admin area and when you disable a vendor their products are shown as active that's why the random add-on pick them up but because the vendors are disabled it won't show on the tpl side of the code.... any way to fix this so vendor products gets disabled when when a vendor is disabled??

I think the issue is caused by another reason. I have disabled vendor on my local MV installation and do not see products of this vendor in the store-front. Most possibly, the issue is in the addon

Yes it won't show in the store front but if you open the vendor's products on the admin area they aren't disabled, the status are still active.
for example i disabled vendor A, his products are no longer available on the store front.... but when i check vendor A's products on the backend admin area instead of the statues showing disabled it's still active. and i don't think the add-on is designed to avoid disabled vendor's products, it can only exclude disabled or hidden products properly.

I got it. It seems that Multi-Vendor is designed so
