i need to setup product prices in USD, but show in the store in argentinian pesos, with the exchange rate value upgraded...is it possible ?

Yes. it's possible. I believe it is the cs-commerce.com add-on Product currency, that will help you in this endeavor.

3rd party addon is not required. Create two currencies - USD and ARS
Make USD default and set currency status to Hidden
In this case, customers will see only ARS prices in the store-front
