I was wondering if anyone has a good solution. We are looking to create a "brand store/ shop-in-shop":
We are using the brand/manufacturer (function), so that we can display products by brand. So far so good.
But when the user enters the brand-page, He can view all the products from etc Nike or Adidas. But we are missing filters and categories here. As for now, there are no filter-function available, It just lists all the products. The different brands will have different products in different categories, like shoes, shirts, or shorts. So basically we would like to show categories (for relevant products for the brand) and relevant filters. This would be like a special brand shop. Is there a already addon for this or does anyone know a way to achieve this?

It looks like this might work. The problem we have is of a visual character. When we add the filter to this page, it goes on the left as intended but it shows to the left of the html brand description. We would like to have the brand header with full width, and the filter and products side by-side below. (As shown on our screenshot) Any idea how to fix this?

To achieve this, you have to modify the Main Content code, which is not an option for me. So I have put the filters above the Main Content
