For some reason after many years working properly suddenly reply-to stopped working well with gmail. I checked and incoming message has correct reply-to customer address (sent via contact form). Althought when I click reply I get my own email adrress as a reply-to, instead of the customer address.
Someone have the same issue? Any idea what could be wrong?
Thanks. Probably I could not find it because the topic in this thread is not really correct since Gmail can send emails to the customers but ignores reply-to address received via contact form. Also looks like there is no solution for this so far.
