I have been trying to change the Countries Code in Shipping & Taxes option, but I couldn't find any option to update.
As you can see in the below image the country code for Serbia is wrong, I want to edit and change the Code, Code A3, and Code N3, how can I do that? Can anyone give me a solution for this?

These codes can be changed in the database only.
The Code (CS in your screenshot) can be changed in the cscart_country_descriptions table. Also, the country name can be changed here.
Other codes can be changed in the cscart_countries table.
IMPORTANT: if you change the CODE in 1 table, you should change it in another table too. The CODE should be the SAME.
