I sometimes get product price offers, we agree over email, I basically know just email of the customer, I would wish to send them agreed totals to his email so he would complete transaction from there.
Is there any possibility to setup order with just customers email somehow? As more time spent in communication less chance for success sale.
And if I dont have all details I just put TBC (to be confirmed) in all the required boxes. And then in the addons tab, I have a template that explains we need full info top complete the order
