hi i updated the store last week now clients say they cant order the sizes and color so i check the site
all globla options are not showing
in the backend all there see screenshot but the storefront not see second screenshot
what to do

Do you use a 3rd party theme or a custom product page layout? Obviously I’m guessing by grabbing at obvious straws…
no theme is basic theme from cs-cart everything is basic

all whas working perfectly but last update this happend
I can assume that corresponding records were lost in the cscart_ult_objects_sharing table. Even if you have one store-front. system uses this table
try to apply the missing options to one test product again to see the results

database repair in in phpmyadmin maybe ?

Alt-team Update a Module Table of options because i see now all this products are OK
so i told them to check and fix it but to get a anser takes alot of time
