For me the most important thing is that it works with categories and the meta categories. So if I put all parent categories in the meta, it will return even the subcategories of what I am looking for. Kind of Implication Search, if you setup the meta descriptions right.

The add-on performs a search only in the active products, categories.
You can exclude whatever you want, you can do it by using the meta keywords.
You have the ability to show/hide the product price in the returned dropdown search results.
