please tell me which thumbnail size setting will control the size of the thumbnail for the invoice page?What other pages will be affected?

Generally I would think an image size of 100x250 would be appropriate for most email headers. But depending on design, you might want something different.

You set the image to use in the Theme Editor under Logos and the Mail tab.

EZ I am sorry. I am talking regarding the product photos on the Invoices. They are way too big and I don't see a specific thumbnail reference for invoices and I don't know what adjustment to make to accomplish this.

Please try to change Admin panel: product mini-icon thumbnail width and Admin panel: product mini-icon thumbnail height settings on the Settings->Thumbnails page.

The images I am referring to are found on the administration column in the admin under Thumbnails you will find the "product mini icon"

settings.
