My aim is to know how to upload the product variants via file, so i download the variants files by exporting the demo data, but some data will be erased when i use 'Text Columns'
is there anyway to get a original information from the cvs file?
Looks like you shifted your columns one to the right.
Without being able to see your header row, hard to identify your issue.
Suggest you export 2-4 products and then show us screen shot of header row and the product rows.
what separator did you use .
Export the data from the site using comma as seperator. then open in excel and it will be in columns. See attached.
Thes can be manipulated easier to text for columns.
I also use kootools for excel, very good :)
