I want to add a complete new store solely for one of my customers who has multiple sites.
I want to add this under a complete new domain related to the name of my customer but on my server.
Do I need to pay anything ? asit is a dofferent domain and is going to be "log in to view"
Can I add a new store under my exisiting installation under Admin>stores
Can I hide access to this store by using an addon like the ones on the marketplace ecomlabs and cs cart rock s have.
Can my customer have access to the admin and see ONLY The info from his domain store and not mine
and finally, can I just clone my existing store and butcher it to make it bare minimum , as this store will only carry 80 products.
Yes, you can do everything you described without extra fee. But please note that the domain name of the admin panel of the new website will be the same as the main domain.
I may be wrong but with ultimate I was getting problem for seo names. For example one domain has privacy-policy page other cannot be same. This is why eComLabs I have asked to modify page content where [domain] would be replaced by actual domain name and privacy policy page would be shared among store fronts
what I want to say is ultimate store front is not so independent as separate install, your colleague may experience some problems..

Yes, I forgot about issue with the same SEO names. And CS-Cart team does not consider it as a bug
