Something changed lastly, I don't know if it's a bug or if I changed a setting somewhere but users can't register anymore when not logged in at checkout.

On the first step of the checkout process, only the anonymous checkout appears and if I uncheck "Disable anonymous checkout" I can't register. Only login is possible.

Is there a setting to check somewhere, does someone experienced something like that ?

Exactly.

If I disable guest checkout, nothing is there: https://prnt.sc/lndsip

If I enable it, only 1 radio button is there I don't have the create new account option:

I tried disabling my theme, but it does the same thing. So the problem is somewhere else.

Try to temporary disable 3rd party addons. You can find the "Disable Third-party add-ons" button on the Addons -> Manage addons page

Good to know, I never saw those buttons because they are hidden.

But it didn't fix it.

I tried:

Disable All Third Party Add-on

Disable All Addon

Switch back to a default CS-Cart Theme with those addon disabled.

But still not showing create accounts.

Is the "Administrator must activate new user accounts" setting (Settings->General) enabled or disabled? If enabled, register option will not be displayed at the checkout.
