The website was working fine then today the images on the main page are gone and the option on the products pages is missing. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?

The website was working fine then today the images on the main page are gone and the option on the products pages is missing. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?

We recently had a similar request and the issue was caused by Litespeed server misconfiguration. Client resolved the issue by switching to PHP7.1.
If this does not help, please submit a ticket via Help desk, so that we could examine the issue more carefully.
I will ask the server to switch to 7.1
