Depends On In Contact Form

Hello CS CART users...

Just want to know, if thereis any way to setup a contact form to show fields based on certain values....for example, if the user select WHERE DO YOU LIVE and insert a value, for example UNITED STATES, then show a combo where you can select a state...

what i want is a form, you fill a value in fields and depends on the value, show another combo ?

Yes, it is possible. But only with countries and states. Please use corresponding fields in the form builder
