With the new GDRP addon the following is added to the checkout.
I agree to have my personal data processed as follows. with a check box
when this is hovered over the terms and conditions show in a hover popup.
The issue is that apparently when using an IPhone when a customer goes to check the box the popup keeps showing over the checkbox making it impossible to check the box.
It does not happen all the time if they are really accurate in touching the screen directly over the checkbox.
What I want to do is remove the hover from all the text and make the processed as follows into a clickable link to read the terms.
We have the same issue. When customers are using an iPad to checkout, the GDPR statement covers the full screen they are unable to go any further. Please could someone come up with a solution to this as we will be losing sales due to this over aggressive pop up.
