Hi, I think it would make sense if we could add some content, like an explanation, on the return request page (/index.php?dispatch=rma.returns). I'm thinking, is there a trick for this that I'm missing?

Not yet - I was thinking maybe I missed something and there is a trick to add content on top somewhere? If not, how do I show the return requests page content in a new layout?

Just add Main content block. It will show the return requests page content.

Design -> Layouts -> Add layout page... -> Dispatch -> Custom -> rma.returns
Then add Main content block to the CONTENT section and new HTML block with the required content
Thanks, got it. I didn't realize making a new layout would automatically also load this page under the "profile dropdown"'s return requests info page. Quite nifty! :)
