Newsletter Come With No Body

we tried to send newsletter to specific mailing list.

the message sent successfully but with no content inside only header and footer.

whatever we tried to sent message it comes with no body, however when we choose add reception from user with the mailing list we had specify the message come successfully with its content only to the user,

but with same problem with mailing list , no content of message.

also we use mailchimp for better newsletter .
