Can anyone generally describe how taxes are processed in MVE?
Are they passed to the vendor in *addition* to the commission like shipping cost (don't see it in the code)?
Are they expected to always be paid by the merchant? If so, commission is based on order total and order total includes taxes.
The tax calc functions are huge and have tons of conditional statements so it's difficult to determine what the general behavior is. If someone who utilizes taxes could briefly explain, that would be awesome.
