Why was this setting removed in recent versions and the entry is still in the DB and apparently code still acts on it? There's no way to set it to 'Y' without modifying the DB.
CSC is probably assuming everyone is going full https these days.?
Seems the issue was that I wasn't in 'all stores' mode when I looked....
