Options Not Showing In Cart Page

Hi there,

We have 1 website (our agent) under our main website (Ultimate cart). When customers picked their design options, they are not reflected in the cart page (first option always selected), as well as in the invoice when received. But design options are shown on the admin orders page.

Our main website does not have this issue. All products are cloned from our main website.

Please help.

No, they're not.

I found out that under "All Stores" the orders received show design options but under our additional store were never shown any design options. Same goes to the additional store's Products in admin under "All Stores" the variants are visible but under the additional store's admin, the variants are missing and when u click on the variant tab, it just won't open, just stays at General tab. This is happening to variants with images as options. Text variants are alright.

Do you mean option combinations? Options might not be shared properly. Do you have products created by scratch at the new storefront, not shared? Does the issue occur with these products as well?

Hi, no just option variants. They are not shared as products are cloned to new storefront. When I tried adding/redo similar option/variants the cart shows the selected options/variants correctly. The invoice received also reflected correctly. This is quite frustrating because most of my variants are more than 5 types and some can go up to 50. I will have to redo every option/variant in each products.

Meanwhile I will wait for a solution to this issue. Sorry but text variants are affected as well.

Please check if options are shared for this storefront (there is Share tab in the option settings).

All option variants should exists in cscart_ult_product_option_variants table for both storefronts. Try to find the variants there of one option that is not working. You can find option ID in the page code http://joxi.ru/a2XWRLvH17DdWm

I should add that under that client's storefront's admin, the option created is there, but when you click on it, the title is blank and everything else is blank. When you click the "Variants" tab, it doesn't change, it stays in the "General" tab.

Go to phpmyadmin, open cscart_ult_product_option_variants table and search for option_id = 669. You should see variants for both storefronts.

I see. May I ask how this will help with the variants?

Anyone to help with this? CS-Cart engineers please? I think this is an error worth checking. It's a headache to clone a product and then re-enter the variants all over again.
