Allow Vendor Add Independent Shipping Cost

We need to allow vendors to add their own shipping costs when they upload a product in admin, for example

Example vendor A

£5.99 next day

£3.00 3-5 day delivery

Free delivery if total spent with vendor A is greater than £20

Vendor B

£1.99 next day

£4.00 2 day delivery

Free delivery if total spent with vendor B is greater than £50

any developer who can do this please let me know, or if there is any suitable addon.

?? Vendors can already setup their own shipping methods from what I can tell. Granted, I don't use it, but logging in as a vendor admin (vendor.php), Adminstration/Shipping Methods is active and allows a method to be added for that vendor. It would only be valid for that vendor's products.

I think, he means different shipping rates for the same shipping method for each vendor. Unfortunately, it is not possible
