I want to get the vendor plan as an addon for version 4.3.9 cs cart

Hello.

This can be difficult because you have to extract addon from the new version of MV. I do not know whether addon does not use things available only in newer versions of MV.
It's best to upgrade to the new version of MV.

Note that if you need this, you can get it via helpdesk. They will verify your licensing. But do note that there are some core hooks that may have been added since the 4.3.9 version which would not operate in the 4.3.9 environment which could make some of the newer functionality inoperable.

Suggest you upgrade to current version of MVE.
