Another vote for Contabo. Customer service is almost impeccable, server specs speak for themselves. Latency is excellent for Europe based projects.
Just let me know when you find a 8-core Xeon VPS with 800 GB SSD and 32 GB RAM for 15 Euro, not to mention the 600 Mbit/s uplink. And you get cPanel twice as cheap...

For a Xeon with 128GB mem, ddos protection etc? I'd say it's an excellent price to be honest and I'm thinking about switching to them.

i'm using VPS M SSD at there. Very cheap and high ram, cpu, storage.
