Hi .
Is it possible to set baneers by location?
if vendor has limited shipping possibilites and set his product by zip code but he wish to advertize via banners . Would it be poissible that banner would be visible ony in the area he ships or one or more cities instead of being visible by whole platform?

Unfortunately, it is not possible out of the box. For example, you can create new wrapper for the blocks and add necessary conditions to them
