I am trying to add a Snapchat conversion tracking code to my site but I do not know where to add it, can someone please let me know about this?

 

I want to add it on all pages

Look at how things ar done for Google and other sites.  Simply use the index:scripts.post.tpl hook to either add your script or to reference it from the js directory.
