No Shipping Options On Check Out Rate Topic   - - - - -

I'm at the end of my tether with this one!!

I have CS cart ultimate and keep getting the following message on check out 

Sorry, it seems that we have no shipping options available for your location.

Please check your shipping address and contact us if everything is okay. We'll see what we can do about it.

My other site attached to the same admin panel is working fine but I've tried all of the things suggested on other posts to the point of stripping out all locations and shipping methods and re installing them but i get nowhere.  

I've followed the instructions on setting up locations and shipping methods but still no joy.  does any one know what i'm missing ?

I had this same problem before. For me the "fix" was simple. It wasn't an error, it was just "I didn't know" thing. If you assign shipping to supplier and for products you didn't assign to same supplier. It gives such error. Also if you set the supplier for product (s) and you didn't set it in shipping. It gives same error. Try to play with those settings if it helps.
