Anyone frequently using the Import/Export of Product Feature? I'm struggling to Add/Append a Category in Feature Group using the Import Feature.
When importing the below csv content with two values of Categories it won't add the Electronics Category in the Feature Group.
Feature name;Feature ID;Language;Type;Group;Categories;Categories;Status
Battery;86;en;G;;Office & Accessories;Electronics;A
Does anyone knows the correct format? I just started utilizing this feature on MV 4.7.4 but it's not straight forward as I was expecting.
As far as I can see you have 2 columns with the Categories name. Try to correct feed and check the result
I always understand the format, that Cs-Cart wants by exporting.
Create test feature with the desired parameters (two categories in your case) and Export it to csv (Export data > Features). Open exported csv and see the format used by Cs-Cart. Delete test feature. Use the same format to your csv for import.
Finally, I've successfully able to add several Categories in each of the Feature Group. If multiple Categories need to be added to each of Feature Group it requires they have to be on an individual column in the csv.
Since we are starting from scratch, i can't imagine the thousand of features need to be added for every Categories.

Please clarify your answer. Do you mean that the format in the post #1 is correct?
The format in post #1 is correct without the duplicate Categories field and of course without the double quotation.
