Can I delete the skins_repository contents?

Guys,



I am going through the upgrade from sp1 to sp2 of 1.3.5 and the contents of val/skins_repository are taking up so much time and bandwidth and I don’t even need them or ever will!



Can I just delete them? maybe just keep the one I use? Even though that is heavily modified.



This upgrade system is seriously stupid! Over complicated for what it is and the skins_repository take up unnecessary time.

I did on my install. I removed everything but the skin i was going to use and the one called base. (For me that left “Default_Blue” and “Base”)
