I use customer groups a LOT to limit access to specific product categories. But I cannot seem to figure out how to follow the same logic with countries.
I created an INTERNATIONAL user group. Then I created a shipping method called INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and assigned it to only the INTERNATIONAL user group.
It does not seem to work. What am I missing????
