I contacted a client in order to have the GDPR addon implemented, however he isn't using his eshop as much as he should, so he asked if it is possible to turn the eshop into 'catalogue mode' in order to avoid paying for the GDPR implementation.
I know that currently it is very hazy for everyone concerning the GDPR certification, however, would it be possible to cut-off any communication between the site and customers to avoid having to comply with GDPR?
Except registration, ordering, contact, newsletters, stock update and wishlist, are there any other functions that require customers to input information. Can all this functionality be removed/disabled?
