Is there a documentation PDF available? (entire set for say the User Guide)
Unfortunately, the documentation isn't available as PDF. It is written in reStructuredText (files with the RST extension) and is then built (turned into HTML files like like this one) using Sphinx. The raw RST files are freely available in the documentation's repository on GitHub; with Sphinx they can be turned into HTML files, just like our online documentation, but stored locally. If necessary, there are tools for building PDFs out of RST files, but as we don't use those tools, I can't really comment on them.
Could you let me know why you need the documentation in the PDF format?
So i can just read all the documentation in sequence by scrolling a pdf, and i can do it while travelling etc, rather than needing to be connected on-line to read it

Yes, those are still valid for older versions. The problem with Reference Guide (it was available both in PDF and at our website) was that we had too many sources of information. So we made documentation the place to go for all the text-based information about CS-Cart. There is a lot of information there, so doing a proper PDF (designed for scrolling and reading it all sequentially, as opposed to finding a solution to a particular problem or answer to a question) would require more than just generating it from the RST files.
